June 17, 2019

Earlier today, a leading security token platform, Polymath, has revealed its strategic collaboration with Blockpass, a digital identity verification solution. According to the new partnership, the Polymath clients will enjoy a streamlined identity verification solution provided by Blockpass. Thus, user onboarding will be simplified while simultaneously decreasing the needed resources.

This partnership enhances both companies’ ultimate aim of simplifying processes supported in the blockchain ecosystem. Moreover, it will provide easy and manageable solutions for regulated businesses. Polymath is primarily a decentralized platform that is known to make it easy for the creation and management of security tokens.

Polymath offers the technology necessary to power security tokens. Furthermore, it gives security token issuers full access to the Polymath Service Provider Marketplace. The marketplace is the location where Blockpass will be listed as a KYC provider.

Blockpass is a dominant RegTech and Compliance platform with its headquarters located in Hong Kong. It offers digital identity verification as a service. Blockpass is using its widespread network of partners to set up an ecosystem of pre-verified customers.

The Ecosystem

This ecosystem will offer easy and seamless customer onboarding services for any regulated business and industry. The Blockpass portfolio of know-your-customer Connect products enables businesses to implement the perfect solution for their needs via the use of an API.

Blockpass CEO, Adam Vaziri said that the partnership translates into a major move taken to streamline the complex process of onboarding investors. Many synergies exist between Polymath’s proposition and Blockpass. Both companies are striving to develop simplified and compliant solutions.

The CEO of Polymath, Kevin North, said that the new partnership represents essential efforts to offer Polymath issuers with access to the best KYC solutions like Blockpass.

On the other hand, Blockpass continues to work on enhancing its uses and features. They have announced multiple partnerships this year including the BBFTA, Waves, Ethfinex, and Tokenomica. The app has seen several updates with the most notable being the release of Face Match Certification.
